Brookstone I currently has a mandatory annual fee of $220.00 which covers the common grounds maintenance. The optional swim and tennis located in Brookstone I is currently an additional $375.00 per year. Brookstone II currently has an annual mandatory fee of $475.00 which includes the swim and tennis facility located in Brookstone II. Brookstone III's annual mandatory fee of $575.00 includes the swim and tennis facility located in Brookstone III. These fees do not include country club fees and dues. In addition, each of the recreation areas offers a competition size pool, lighted tennis court, a clubhouse, a basketball area and playground areas. NEW NORTHWEST YMCA

The West Cobb Regional Library is located directly across from Brookstone's main entrance and near the YMCA. It is the largest branch facility among Cobb County's 16 total library facilities.
